About The Event
Award-winning chef Sean Pera comes to PreGel from Herons at the Umstead Hotel & Spa in Cary, NC. Pera is the great grandson of an Italian vineyard owner from Asti and the great grandson of Hungarian immigrants that introduced Pera to traditional dishes and sweets from their native country.
