Dave Hartlerode

President

Dave has been in the foodservice industry since 1984, and with the company since December 1990. He previously was in outside sales until October 2003. At that time, Dave was promoted to Vice President. In October 2008, Dave took over as President/Owner. He is married to Debbie and has two grown daughters, Michelle and Nicole, and two grandsons, Brady and Myles. Dave enjoys cooking and playing music in his free time.

Todd Braun

Vice President

Todd has been in the Foodservice industry for over 20 years and now serves as the Vice President at Redco. He previously served as a Territorial Sales Manager and as our Branch Manager at the MN location until 2011 and also for Stoelting as a Regional Sales Manager helping to strengthen their brand/market share.  Todd has two handsome and gifted sons, Erik and Adam, who he enjoys playing sports with, especially baseball and hockey. In his spare time he likes to listen to music, snack on some sushi, and enjoy the outdoors.

Mike Curtis

Sales Manager

Mike attended Ohio State University on a baseball scholarship and was drafted in the 10th round of the 1986 MLB draft by the Chicago Cubs. He spent 10 years in the minor leagues with the Cubs, Pittsburgh Pirates, Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds. After his baseball career ended he moved to Wisconsin and began working at Direct Supply.  He spent 5 years as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager before being tabbed to start a division currently known as Aptura. Mike moved from Direct Supply to the food equipment representative side working for Hanna/Young & Associates for 7 years and PRF Marketing for another 8 years. Mike joined Redco as the Sales Manager in 2019. Mike lives in Waukesha, WI with his wife Diane and their 3 kids, Kaitlyn, AJ, and Connor.  

Jackie Hucovski

CFO

Jackie manages all financial and business aspects of the company including accounting practices, budgeting, financial analysis, business planning and monitoring financial performance. Jackie has an accounting degree from the University of St. Thomas, is a licensed CPA and member of the MN Society of CPA's. Jackie has three school aged children which she enjoys spending all her free time with. Favorite activities are fishing, tubing, running, hiking, traveling and hanging out at the cabin with extended family.

Toby Gardner

Territory Manager/Chef

Toby has over 20 years experience in the foodservice industry as both executive chef and regional factory representative. His hobbies include bicycling, travel and disc golf. In his free time he enjoys back yard barbecues with his beautiful wife Yvonne.

Tom Krumsee

Territory Manager

Tom has over 30 years experience as a manufacturer’s representative. Over the years, Tom has developed a strong working relationship with the dealers in the territory of Northern Illinois and Wisconsin.  This has been accomplished by consistent sales calls, a proven track record of responsiveness, and being an expert in product knowledge for the companies he has represented, as well as the competition.  He is recognized for having high integrity in his dealer relationships. Tom is married, has two kids, and two grandkids. In his free time he enjoys golfing, baseball, and wine tastings.

Jarrod Deehr

Territory Manager

Jarrod has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry.  He worked as a food broker in Minnesota prior to joining the Redco team and is now the Territory Manager in Minnesota,  North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Denny Stafl

Territory Manager

Denny has been in the Foodservice industry for over 18 years, and prior to coming to Redco served 9 years as a Project Manager/Sales Executive for one of our industry partners. His exciting life and work experiences has led him to travel internationally, including training at the Lausanne Hotel in Switzerland for their Culinary and Wine Program.  Denny is married to his amazing wife Lisa, and they have two grown children Sydney and their son Sam. In his spare time he likes to snow ski doubling as a certified PSIA Ski Instructor, anything and everything related to water, and of course cooking!

Terrence Rhodes

Distribution Manager

Terrence came to our company with a strong background in the distribution business. He is responsible for processing all parts and equipment orders on the distribution side of the company. His daily duties include providing technical service to our customers, as well as managing the warehouse staff in Wisconsin. Terrence is attending the University of Phoenix and is majoring in Information Technology and Human Services.

Jeff Simpson

Inside Sales/Marketing

 Jeff has over 14 years experience in the foodservice industry. He worked in contract sales and purchasing prior to joining our team. Here at Redco he will focus on inside sales, and various marketing/branch tasks. In his spare time he enjoys bicycling, cooking out, and spending time with family.

Zack Lyon

Inside Sales

Zack comes to Redco with over seven years of customer service experience. In addition, Zack has served in the Army National Guard for seven years as a First Lieutenant in the branch of Quartermaster. Here at Redco he will focus on inside sales, and various warehouse tasks as needed. He is married with one young daughter and in his spare time enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing (mostly ice) and spending time with his family and friends.

Lesley Duer

Director of Events and Marketing

Lesley has a background in digital media and communication. She previously worked for Redco from 2008 to 2012 as Inside Sales and Customer Service and has returned in 2016 in a role focusing on Marketing and Events. She has two young children at home and enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Michelle Packard

Controller

Michelle has close to 20 years experience in corporate accounting.  She actually got her accounting start here at REDCO back in high school as a summer intern.  Michelle is responsible for the day-to-day accounting tasks and warranty claim processing.  She holds a degree in Business Management – Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside.  Michelle resides in Tennessee with her husband Bill and 2 sons, Brady and Myles.   Together they enjoy sporting events and concerts.

Robert Torbeck

Distribution

Bob brings over 15 years of experience in Shipping and Receiving to Redco.  He is married with two daughters.  He likes spending his free time with family and coaching his daughter's basketball team.  He also likes hunting, fishing and spending time up north.

Jerome Reliford

Warehouse Manager / Customer Service

Jerome comes to Redco Foodservice Equipment with over 15 years of experience in distribution. He is responsible for inventory management, shipping, receiving, and customer service in Minnesota. He is married with two daughters in his free time he coaches and referees youth sports.
