Dave Hartlerode

President

Dave has been in the foodservice industry since 1984, and with the company since December 1990. He previously was in outside sales until October 2003. At that time, Dave was promoted to Vice President. In October 2008, Dave took over as President/Owner. He is married to Debbie and has two grown daughters, Michelle and Nicole, and two grandsons, Brady and Myles. Dave enjoys cooking and playing music in his free time.

Todd Braun

Vice President

Todd has been in the Foodservice industry for over 20 years and now serves as the Vice President at Redco. He previously served as a Territorial Sales Manager and as our Branch Manager at the MN location until 2011 and also for Stoelting as a Regional Sales Manager helping to strengthen their brand/market share. Todd has two handsome and gifted sons, Erik and Adam, who he enjoys playing sports with, especially baseball and hockey.

Jackie Hucovski

CFO

Jackie manages all financial and business aspects of the company including accounting practices, budgeting, financial analysis, business planning and monitoring financial performance. Jackie has an accounting degree from the University of St. Thomas, is a licensed CPA and member of the MN Society of CPA's. Jackie has three school aged children which she enjoys spending all her free time with. Favorite activities are fishing, tubing, running, hiking, traveling and hanging out at the cabin with extended family.ect data.

Toby Gardner

Corporate Chef

Toby has over 20 years experience in the foodservice industry as both executive chef and regional factory representative. His hobbies include bicycling, travel and disc golf. In his free time he enjoys back yard barbecues with his beautiful wife Yvonne.

Brad Reifschneider

Territory Manager - Wisconsin

Brad has been in the Foodservice Industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Redco in 2020 as Territory Manager for Wisconsin he worked as a Regional Sales Manager for a bakery equipment manufacturer covering a 19 – state region. He is married to his beautiful wife Ofilia and has two grown sons, Cory and Josh, and three step-children, Luis, Abby and Xavier. Brad enjoys going to car races, seeing live music, and spending time with his family and their little dog, Muneca.

Jeff Simpson

Territory Manager - Wisconsin

Jeff has over 14 years experience in the foodservice industry. He worked in contract sales and purchasing prior to joining our team. He began as Inside Sales & Customer Service and is now working in Sales in Southern Wisconsin. In his spare time he enjoys bicycling, cooking out, and spending time with family.

Tom Krumsee

Inside Sales/Customer Service - Illinois

Tom has over 30 years experience as a manufacturer’s representative. Over the years, Tom has developed a strong working relationship with the dealers in the territory of Northern Illinois and Wisconsin. This has been accomplished by consistent sales calls, a proven track record of responsiveness, and being an expert in product knowledge for the companies he has represented, as well as the competition. He is recognized for having high integrity in his dealer relationships. He recently moved his role to the inside sales team. Tom is married, has two kids, and two grandkids. In his free time he enjoys golfing, baseball, and wine tastings.

Anthony Ruffolo

Territory Manager - Illinois

Anthony has been in the Foodservice Industry for over 15 years. He is married and has two daughters. Anthony enjoys hockey and playing golf.

Denny Stafl

Territory Manager - Illinois

Denny has been in the Foodservice industry for over 18 years, and prior to coming to Redco served 9 years as a Project Manager/Sales Executive for one of our industry partners. His exciting life and work experiences has led him to travel internationally, including training at the Lausanne Hotel in Switzerland for their Culinary and Wine Program. Denny is married to his amazing wife Lisa, and they have two grown children Sydney and their son Sam. In his spare time he likes to snow ski doubling as a certified PSIA Ski Instructor, anything and everything related to water, and of course cooking!

Chuck Howell

Territory Manager - Illinois

Chuck has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He worked as a Key account/Market Manger covering the Midwest regions prior to joining the Redco team and is now the Territory Manager in Illinois.

Jarrod Deehr

Territory Manager - Minnesota & South Dakota

Jarrod has over 20 years of foodservice sales experience and was a food broker prior to joining the Redco team as a Territory Manager in 2016. He spends his free time with his wife Stephanie and their three children (Evelynn 8, Henry 6, and Sam 5). Jarrod is also an active member of the community he lives in.

Jim Allen

Territory Manager - Minnesota & North Dakota

Jim has over 30 years of experience in different facets of the foodservice business including the distribution, food manufacturing, equipment, and branded sales areas. He is married to his wife Nancy and they have three children, Ashley, Matthew, and Jacob.
When he is not working he likes spending time with his family and enjoys playing in the kitchen, hunting with his sons, and being on the water boating

Terrence Rhodes

Distribution Manager

Terrence came to our company with a strong background in the distribution business. He is responsible for processing all parts and equipment orders on the distribution side of the company. His daily duties include providing technical service to our customers, as well as managing the warehouse staff in Wisconsin. Terrence is attending the University of Phoenix and is majoring in Information Technology and Human Services.

Sarah Muldowney

Inside Sales / Customer Service

Sarah joins us with fifteen years of experience in the foodservice industry and customer service. Her experiences have allowed her to explore many different aspects of the industry – from operations to commercial photography to dealer and manufacture’s rep. Sarah’s focus with Redco will be to provide our customers and sales team with excellent service, product knowledge and inside support. Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, crafting and learning new skills (teaching herself to play the ukulele). Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Technology from Bowling Green State Univ in Ohio where she focused on photography.

Kristine Paulley

Inside Sales / Customer Service

Kristine will be working in the Minnesota office providing Inside Sales and Customer Service support. Kristine was in the Service industry & Hospitality industry for 25+ years, before joining the Equipment and Supply world in 2015. She has extensive Customer Service, Sales support, as well as in person and on the phone sales experience.

Bob Torbeck

Warehouse Manager - Wisconsin

Bob brings over 15 years of experience in Shipping and Receiving to Redco. He is married with two daughters. He likes spending his free time with family and coaching his daughter's basketball team. He also likes hunting, fishing and spending time up north.

Jerome Reliford

Warehouse Manager - Minnesota

Jerome comes to Redco Foodservice Equipment with over 15 years of experience in distribution. He is responsible for inventory management, shipping, receiving, and customer service in Minnesota. He is married with two daughters in his free time he coaches and referees youth sports.

Byron Ruiz

Warehouse Manager - Illinois

Byron comes to Redco with experience as a Parts Specialist. His experience in the industry will bring great value to the service you will receive here at Redco. He enjoys biking, cooking, lawn care, working on his car and watching movies in his free time.

Patrick Morris

Warehouse/Inside Sales & Customer Service

Patrick comes to Redco with a background in Restaurant Management. He previously worked for a food manufacturer distributor. His experience with the industry and material handling as well as customer service will be a valuable asset to Redco and our customers. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys playing softball and spending time with his family.

Lesley Duer

Director of Marketing & Events

Lesley has a background in digital media and communication. She previously worked for Redco from 2008 to 2012 as Inside Sales and Customer Service and has returned in 2016 in a role focusing on Marketing and Events. During her spare time, Lesley enjoys spending time with her kids, hiking, gardening and playing trombone in a local community band.

Michelle Packard

Controller

Michelle has close to 20 years experience in corporate accounting. She actually got her accounting start here at REDCO back in high school as a summer intern. Michelle is responsible for the day-to-day accounting tasks and warranty claim processing. She holds a degree in Business Management – Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside. Michelle resides in Tennessee with her husband Bill and 2 sons, Brady and Myles. Together they enjoy sporting events and concerts.
